Three Month Engagement
Includes:

• Six 90-minute coaching sessions within a three month period.
• Email support - unlimited email support during the three months.
• Telephone support - one 15-minute telephone conversation per week during the three months.

Six Month Engagement
Includes:

• Eleven 90-minute coaching sessions within a six month period.
• Email support - unlimited email support during the six months.
• Telephone support - one 15-minute telephone conversation per week during the six months.

As needed Coaching
Includes:

• Individual coaching sessions scheduled to meet your needs. Usually scheduled in two-hour blocks.
• Email and telephone support.

Breakthrough Coaching
This intensive process is designed for clients who have already engaged in coaching with me and who wish to accelerate their progress in one specific area.

This process is an intensive format of six to eight hours of one-on-one coaching and other experiential work over two days. During this time you select one area you want to break through to new levels of awareness; release limiting beliefs and the past that holds you back, and create a clear path to clarity of intention and purpose.

Includes:

• Coaching, learning and experiential work developed specifically for you, sessions scheduled to meet your needs over a two day period.
• Two follow-up telephone conversations.
• Email support.

Group Coaching
